Easy Gluten-Free Baking in Mise en Place



Well, I got a surprise in the mail today! Easy Gluten-Free Baking is featured in the current issue of Mise en Place, the alumni magazine of the Culinary Institute of America! I might have done a little happy dance in my kitchen when I read the issue today.

As you might know, I was born with severe food allergies. Going to the CIA had always been my dream and one I wasn't sure if I'd be able to achieve because of my allergies. Although I went into anaphylactic shock(!) once while studying at the CIA, my time there was mostly safe. And, not to sound sappy, I loved every minute of it.
